SCOPE AND COVERAGE

We feel happy to propose a complete package for CSR. There are different teams working in different areas to give shape to a meaningful project. We are sensitive to human needs, corporate responsibility & visibility and actual situations that emerge in remote areas.

SETTING UP THE STRUCTURE

• Statutory Compliance: Basis the environment and need the structure is set up i.e. Trust, Society, Sec 8 company, a combination, federation etc.
• Organisation Structure : Delivery based structure with control mechanism.

CSR POLICY

• Assisting in defining the vision and mission based on corporate needs and desires. Done in coordination with management and on ground workers/needs.

STRATEGY FORMULATION

• Basis the nature of the industry and geography, the project(s) and size determined. Base line survey based selection.
• For example, in a village where tribals live, educating children can be a challenge due to reasons like ethnic distrust, distance of habitats or simply because older children look after younger siblings. This will varies in tribal areas of say Jharkhand and Rajasthan.

IMPLEMENTING THE CSR PLAN

• Choosing a suitable Partner to execute the project through a proper selection process, depending on the nature, size, necessary expertise, location etc.
• Assist in planning their methodology, processes, costs and timelines.
• Assist in drawing MOU based on the delivery parameters.

MONITORING & REVIEW

• Periodic project monitoring for agreed delivery includes Project site visits, dislogue with beneficiaries, other local stakeholders.
• Financial audit.
• Set up Reporting system

TRAINING AND CAPACITY BUILDING

• Organize training skills, vocational and soft issues training for people in the community.
• Training and sensitizing corporates before and during project period.
• Introducing Volunteering scheme in the organisation.

IMPLEMENTING CSR PLAN

• Assisting in hands on implementing the project with our own Partner NGO which already has a team of international, national experts and a very strong group of grass root level workers.
